Please allow 24/48hrs for your order to be despatched.
Once dispatched your item will be delivered within the timescale depending on the delivery option selected at checkout. For rural areas please allow one extra day for delivery.
Please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If you are unavailable and require to arrange another delivery (only to the same address) please contact APC directly and they will be happy to redeliver on a date & time that suits yourself. They are open Monday – Friday 8am – 7.30pm & Saturdays 8am – 10.30am. Alternatively your item can be collected in person from your local APC depot.

Once orders are dispatched you will receive a confirmation email stating “order completed” if you do not receive this email please check your junk/spam mail.
Please note –
IF YOU ARE HAVING AN ORDER DELIVERED TO YOUR WORK ADDRESS AND IT IS TRACKED & DELIVERED AT THAT SAID ADDRESS WE CAN NOT THEN REFUND A CUSTOMER WHO CAN NOT THEN PLACE THE ITEM WITHIN THEIR WORK PLACE. ONCE AN ORDER IS DELIVERED AT A WORKPLACE IT IS THEN THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY. WE CAN NOT REFUND OR RESEND ORDERS LOST WITHIN A WORK PLACE.

APC do not deliver on a Bank holiday including any bank holiday Monday/Good Friday/Christmas Day/New Years Day
